After I experienced the usual hassles from several New York dealers, Michael Ballos and David Worth pulled out all the stops. They had the best price (I couldn't say YES fast enough), but with no nonsense and no upsells. The Colonial team was professional and friendly. They even had financing that was competitive with my own credit union. When I flew into Boston, David picked us up from Logan Airport and drove us to the dealership 40 miles away. On arrival, the car was perfectly prepped and ready to go. I could have been out of there in 5 minutes had I needed to, but David spent quite a bit of time making sure the SiriusXM setup was activated and the Guardian app installed on my iPhone, CarPlay was working, all the "favorites" icons were customized in a way that makes far more sense than the defaults, and that I was familiar with the substantial features and controls in the Challenger.
