Had recently totaled a beautiful Grand Cherokee due to a falling tree from a microburst. It was difficult to even think about shopping again to replace it but we did the online look and dealer to dealer pounding that goes with it. Had heard about Colonial but never been there. They had an Overland similar to the Limited we lost and it was priced accordingly to other dealers that had similar Jeeps. From the moment I arrived at their small and plain dealership (great to see just plain and simple) I felt comfortable and said hi to the internet sales manager who I had been working with his team. He asked what would work for me on pricing and when I told him he said sounds good I can do that. Price discussion over in 10 minutes. Jr and Julia, no nonsense internet sales team who give you the strait skinny from the get go! From there I met up with salesman Nick Mazzano and we drove the vehicle. We discussed everything from maintenance history to warranty (CPO vehicle as well) and he was great. Made promises to me on my requests that he kept and as we are down a vehicle offered to deliver it an hour and a half from the dealership to our town in NH. Signing papers with Eddie was strait and simple, no hassle and no unnecessary upsells. They won a customer based on effort and honesty. I won’t go anywhere else from here on out. More
