If they had a rating of a ten star hotel that would be Olsen, Caddilac , the are very respectfull to all youre needs, and they do everything first class. I know when I buy a car from them they stand behind it 101%. I know my vehicles are safe when I purchasse them from Olsen Caddilac.I wouldn't let my family drive in anything else. More

The car gets fixed correctly the first time, I don't get screwed on prices, and I feel the company sincerely cares about me and my cars. Brought in my 8 months old SRX for Rear Axle Service. Not even sure what exactly is the problem. Dropped off the car in perfect condition and the service manager Ray never mentioned to me that my car ha Not even sure what exactly is the problem. Dropped off the car in perfect condition and the service manager Ray never mentioned to me that my car had any damaged. When I picked up the car the next morning, there's a huge dent above the back bumper on the drive's side where you can see a gap between the bumper and the body of the car. There's a huge scratch on the side of the bumper with the taillight scratched as well. Ray claimed that I dropped off the car like that and that he "circle" on a piece of paper indicating there was damage but it's not their policy to inform the customer of any existing damages. Does that sound right to you??? Then Ray said that he did mention it to me, then he said that he doesn't remember anymore. Which one is it? Do you think if you mentioned it to me, I wouldn't have you fix it as well since it's a brand new car?Either way, he said he circled the damage on a piece of paper that could've been made up anytime to cover his butt. What's worse is that after waiting 3 hours for the owner, Richard Olsen, to show up so we can see the video surveillance from the parking lot and the service area to determine the condition of my car when I first dropped it off, he refused to let us see the video. He did not want anyone in his office and I had to demand the Service Manager to get the owner. The owner came to the service department and kept on repeating "I didn't damage your car". I know YOU didn't do it, it's someone who works for you did it. I requested to see the video and his exact words were "no, you can't see the video, have your attorney contact me if you want to see it. By the way, the video is only available for 3 days." WOW...I did not expect the owner of the dealership to be such a jerk. This is how you treat your customers? He will be hearing from my lawyer soon. If you do decide to bring your car to this dealership for service, which I do NOT recommend, make sure you take a picture of your car before you leave it for them or have them sign something that says you dropped off a car without any damages. Then you won't be in my situation. More
Great people and fast and prompt service. Would highly recommend this Dealership.
