From the moment I arrived till I left, the staff was a pleasure to encounter. From Ray in service to the sweet cash out receptionist my experience was a 10+. Lets be honest, no one likes to take their car in for any unexpected service, but I felt very comfortable all because of the way I was treated. The waiting room is clean, bright and pleasant. The staff be it an employee walking thru the room or to the first service person that greets, there is a level of professionalism in everyone. A warm smile, nod or a "good morning" goes a long way in todays world. I am toying with the idea of upgrading to a new car maybe sometime in the spring, and because of the service I received even from the day I purchased my car, I will return to Colonial. More

On a very busy Friday after work I was pleasantly greated by the service writer and professionally asked what I needed. The car was quickly inspected, the remote was re-programmed and the car returned to me. I was treated like a valued customer even though my used car purchase was not a cadillac.
