Had problems after buying xt5 oilIn driveway, oil filter Had problems after buying xt5 oil In driveway, oil filter was left loose after first oil change, 2nd oil Change fill cap was left off, didn’t notice Had problems after buying xt5 oil In driveway, oil filter was left loose after first oil change, 2nd oil Change fill cap was left off, didn’t notice for 3 months until I had to fill washer fluid, this guy Pete argued w me about getting free oil Change like that matters after spending 40k on a car, he wanted to start a fight in parking lot, a month later I go to check oil and find fill cap taped on w masking tape, place is a joke. Trading it in for Jaguar More

Great Experience After a long many months from late 2019 until June 2020 I' was looking for another either CPO or a nice pre-owned SUV or car. in June 2020, Colonial h After a long many months from late 2019 until June 2020 I' was looking for another either CPO or a nice pre-owned SUV or car. in June 2020, Colonial had a 2017 Lincoln MKZ on their website and on car gurus with low mileage, great color scheme. After I contacted them online about the Lincoln, their salesman Chad called me at home. Due to the COVID and my health concerns, Chad shuttled the Lincoln up to my home in the Merrimack Valley area of Ma for a test drive. The test drive went great and the dealer took care of better than 3/4 of my concerns. Just under a month from 1st buying the car, they took care of new tires and 3/4 brake job, new car and fob batteries, new speaker, fixed a noise issue with the hatch struts and nav software. The only disappointment is in the fact that their detailer is a bit messy, and my car wasn't vacuumed before they gave it back to me after servicing it. Chad was great to work with as was his colleague Randy. More
Complete dissatisfaction Buyer beware! The Sales Department is second to none, however, that's where it ends. You couldn't find a worst service department if you looked for a Buyer beware! They don't return calls, They schedule appointments when your lucky enough to get through to them, then the stories start when you get there. Please do yourselves a favor, go somewhere else! More
