Ember, I was made aware of your current situation. We will work closely with the manufacture and keep you informed when the update is available. I hope Randy and my staff did everything we can control in the situation. I apologize about your frustration. I am open to getting you out of your current lease at my expense. If this is an option you would like to take please contact myself or Randy to discuss.

Randy has been very courteous, but has not been able to identify the actual source of the problems. This is unfortunately NOT a lease. It was a purchase with a lot of money down. The current "solution" by the service department when I have repeated issues is, "when do you want to bring it in to have it fixed?" The larger issues is, the same things keep happening over and over again and eventually, it will not be under warranty. Then I will be stuck with a lemon and have to constantly pay out of pocket to fix the issues. Would be interested to see what you could do for me in terms of trade-in and purchase of a newer (non-lemon) year XT4.
