Renata is always helpful & polite, whenever I come in for service. Last year, I had the computer sensor & windshield wiper sensor replaced. I brought my car in because the cue system was frozen ( a problrm with Caddys) I was greeted by the service advisor (Renata Starbranch) who has to be one of the best of the best people you have employed the problrm with Caddys) I was greeted by the service advisor (Renata Starbranch) who has to be one of the best of the best people you have employed there. She explaned the process of checking out the problem and I asked her if Caddy would help on the cost and she took the time to explain the process on that matter,she also asked if the problem could be fixed would it be ok if she ordered the part if it was in in reasonable price we agreed. It was labor day weekend so the parts would not be in until later the following week,so I made an appointment for the following Friday and had the problem rectified I believe she Renata has got to be a real plus to colonial caddy I hope she is appreciated Bruce H. My appointment for an oil change and headlamp replacement was at 8 am on a Saturday. The woman who checked me in could not give me an estimate for when the care would be ready. She was unfriendly. Pete was excellent and got me out quickly. Suggestion for improvement: please tell the person who checks in the customers to have some idea when the car will be ready. I had no idea whether to wait or leave and come back later. More
