I was impressed with the new coffee plus machine in the waiting area. It would be more comfortable if there were several small tables about near seating for people to put their drinks etc. I was pleased waiting area. Colonial Cadillac in Woburn is the only dealership/service center I trust to bring my 2013 Cadillac CTS-V to. The service department is 2nd to none. I absolutely LOVE Denise, but the whole dealership/service center I trust to bring my 2013 Cadillac CTS-V to. The service department is 2nd to none. I absolutely LOVE Denise, but the whole staff is wonderful and super friendly. They always take top notch care of me. Coming from a DIY mechanic who doesn't trust anybody when it comes to taking care of my car and not ripping me off... I've NEVER regretted bringing my car to Colonial. And that's saying ALOT! More

Overall experience was good, Only thing I was disappointed with was how long car was there. Brought car in on Monday on my appointment time but didn't get it back till Wednesday. A lot of miscomm disappointed with was how long car was there. Brought car in on Monday on my appointment time but didn't get it back till Wednesday. A lot of miscommunication between staff. I actually had to call to find out what was going on with my car... Why have an appointment if car isn't seen till next day almost 24 hours later. More
