As always, this dealership values its customers and treats them right. It starts from the top and it has a trickle down effect. I purchased a new Cadillac in 2021. Sales department was okay. The car was excellent. I began using the service department even though the reviews were questionable. I’ve only had to have oil changes and one recall procedure due to the low mileage on our car. Detail department is a problem. I have a issue every time we’ve used them. No need for interior detail because the car is immaculate and it’s obvious. I picked up the car on Thursday. They had done an interior detail despite my request not to. The charge was removed from my bill however the car interior was covered in white lint pieces. It was dirtier after the detail. I left Peter 2 messages on Thursday and I haven’t heard back. As a side note, while we were on the premises we observed an employee backing cars out of the garage for customers with lit cigarettes hanging out of their mouth. Because of the condition of our car we’ve needed almost no work beyond an oil change. Based on some of these experiences I would be concerned about future interactions and reliability. August 16, 2023. Since writing this initial review both Peter and Alex have reached out to me and had a lengthy conversation regarding my concerns. I appreciated their follow up and concern about my issues. What appeared to be an unreturned phone call on Peter's part was not, it was related to his being away from the office for a few days. I had fully intended on continuing service with this company but felt it was important to discuss my issues and appreciated that I was heard. I would recommend using Cadillac of Woburn and encourage people to voice their concerns if any arise. That is the sign of a professional organization that takes responsibility for issues and tries to resolve them in the best interest of the customer. Thank you to both Alex and Peter for your response and I look forward to working with you in the future. More
