On July 10, 2023,I called to schedule an oil change and was able to get an appointment for July 12th. When I brought the car and spoke to Denise, I realized I needed to change the 2 engine air filters. She was able to get an appointment for July 12th. My car was dropped at my old address and left keys in the car instead of current address. I need to pick up that car. I see it as security issue. Since current resident at my old address know my car he calle car instead of current address. I need to pick up that car. I see it as security issue. On July 11, 2023, early afternoon, I contacted your dealership requesting information on 2017 Cadillac XT5. The receptionist connected me with Mr. David Robinson. I explained to Mr. Robinson that my wi dealership requesting information on 2017 Cadillac XT5. The receptionist connected me with Mr. David Robinson. I explained to Mr. Robinson that my wife Gloria and I reside in Southern Maine and that we wanted to confirm the availability of the aforementioned automobile. Mr. Robinson assured me the vehicle was available and that he would have the car in front of the dealership, which he did. In the past I have contacted a different dealership regarding a vehicle’s availability, was assured that it was available and upon arrival, was informed that the car was sold the previous day. When we arrived Mr. Robinson greeted us and immediately asked if we needed the restroom. The rest of our experience was equally exemplary. Mr. Robinson had the car put on a lift so that we could inspect underneath the car. We were quickly presented with an offer, which we accepted. We then met with Mr. Steven Lander to review and sign paperwork and purchase warranties. All of this was done in about 2 hours time. In the course of my life I have the opportunity to work for many organizations. I have learned that the success of any organization is dependent upon the employees. The staff that we have worked with during our purchase are professional, courteous and world class. More
Tires were supposed to have been rotated, however the right front wheel has some minor scratches so I know it wasn't moved. Also no protective covering for the driver's floor mat, mat and door sill were right front wheel has some minor scratches so I know it wasn't moved.
