I was in search for a SRX . Looked at inventory online and thought that Olsen Cadillac had the best selection, so I went there.When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson named Dave told and thought that Olsen Cadillac had the best selection, so I went there.When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly salesperson named Dave told him what I was looking For an SRX. he showed it to me I didnt feel pressured to buy a vehicle although he made it so easy along with his manager Stephen desito I ended up purchasing an SRX in the color I wanted that day and I love it . Tried a few times to get sales info out of them..got assigned a customer # and they NEVER would answer my 5 simple questions. Got a different piece of info in each of 4 different emails. Like pulling assigned a customer # and they NEVER would answer my 5 simple questions. Got a different piece of info in each of 4 different emails. Like pulling teeth ! I politely kept playing along (trying to get 5 questions answered so I wouldn't waste time in the showroom.) I got fed up after the 4th STUPID unrelated reply and dropped them. Then they sent a form to review their correspondence and I truthfully killed them, citing specifics. They didn't care enough to respond. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM --they couldn't care... More

Best experience I have ever had buying a car! This dealership exceeded my every expectation. The Show room was impressive to say the least. The inventory covers several different lots. The personne dealership exceeded my every expectation. The Show room was impressive to say the least. The inventory covers several different lots. The personnel are courteous, professional and sincere. My Salesman, Mark Smith was the epitome of a professional sale consultant. Knowledgeable, professional, willing to take the time showing me the inventory and explaining the different features and those benefit me and my family. Steve Desisto, the Sales manager was also polite, professional and to the point. I left there knowing I did not get gouged and confident that I got a great deal. Truly, this place makes it a moot point to shop anywhere else. They make you feel like part of the family and a place where you belong and can trust in there ability to take care of you. I was not let go until I got a complete tour of the different departments, introduced to key members of the Olsen Team, and offered a a final test drive.
