Smith was both professional and courteous. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the product and very patient with me, spending much time with me, taking me for a demonstration ride and making sure i understood all of its features and benefits, answering every question I had. After the sale he made sure that I was introduced to the service and body shop departments, told me how to get immediate assistance if needed and followed up several times with me after the sale. I left Olsen Cadillac with a great deal, a vehicle i cherish, and an experience that i do not believe anyone can top. All the sales people were friendly and helped one another. They seemed to look to Mark for his knowledge and very often he interrupted his own sales to help them. I truly feel like i belong to the Olsen Family. Tried a few times to get sales info out of them..got assigned a customer # and they NEVER would answer my 5 simple questions. Got a different piece of info in each of 4 different emails. I politely kept playing along (trying to get 5 questions answered so I wouldn't waste time in the showroom.) I got fed up after the 4th STUPID unrelated reply and dropped them.
