Olsen Cadillac is AWESOME!!!! I accidentally crashed my beloved 2005 Cadillac STS which was in pristine condition prior to the accident. The entire process was a complete pleasure. Chris, in the Body Shop was very nice and very helpful. Dave Robinson, the gentleman who sold me my new car, was also very nice, extremely helpful and could not have made the process of buying a new car any easier. The gentleman I mainly work with in Service, Marc Hecht, is incredibly nice and helpful. Also, I cannot write a review without mentioning Lenny. Whenever I need a ride to or from Olsen Cadillac due to maintenance, service or repair, Lenny is always there to provide transportation for me and could not be a nicer guy. More
