I'd still be driving a car meant for my sister if it wasn't for the effort & obvious expertise of David Robinson; who somehow someway got me out of a terrible situation, financially and otherwise, and into a pre-owned jeep they had on their lot. Four dealerships told me they couldn't/wouldn't finance me before my ending up at Olsen. Not only that, but the attention I received along with the unusual expediency with which David was able to facilitate everything, was quite unlike other dealerships who seemed to drag out an already tedious process (especially if you've had to do it several times), keeping me tied up for half a day or more. Best Customer Service!!!!! I had been looking for a new car for 4 months. I felt every time I called a dealership they would quote me a price and when I would get there it was a I had been looking for a new car for 4 months. I felt every time I called a dealership they would quote me a price and when I would get there it was a whole different price and customer service was so-so. I then happened to see a car on line I liked at Olsen Cadillac. I called on a Tuesday morning and spoke with Heather in internet sales. She was fabulous answered all my questions and gave me a quote. I drove out to Woburn to make the deal on this Cadillac SRX. Heather told me to see Joe when I got there he had the car waiting for me. The price was the same land the trade in on my car was fair. I wrote them a check that night for the car and picked the car up on Thursday!!! In less then 48 hours I was driving the car I wanted!!! What's important to know is I live about an hour away from this dealership, Joe offered to bring the car to me!!!!! More than their great pricing and true to their word I was so impressed with their customer service throughout the dealership!!! I will recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!!!! Thank You Joe, Heather and everyone at Olsen Cadillac you are top notch!!!!! More

The owner Richard Olsen, Salesman (Irwin Segal), and Service Manager (Gary Carman) were all reassuring concerning the delay and delivery of the new vehicle. They provided a loaner! This is our second vehicle from Olsen Cadillac and Irwin Segal did a great job explaining all the new features and functions on the 2015 SRX. My previous experience with the Service Organization has been excellent and I would definitely recommend them. More
