We did a thorough checklist, and ende We were on site at Colonial for over 24 hours with the sleep over for the orientation on our 2019 Globetrotter. We did a thorough checklist, and ended up with a moderately long punch list of items to fix. Everything on the punch list was addressed before we left, including replacing a slightly bent rock guard and and scratched cabinet door, both of which were just done - no discussion needed. Chris in the service department even took us out for a towing training run, and he did a full black/gray tank discharge at the dumping station to show us how its done. I have read a lot of horror stories about issues with Airstream dealers, but I would not hesitate to recommend Colonial to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing an Airstream. More

We bought our second Airstream from Colonial Airstream in NJ. Why? Because Shorewood RV, three years ago, didn't meet our expectations. They have since changed ownership so maybe things will change. However, in the mean time we read about others whom were satisfied with Colonial. So, we watched a few Airstream you tube videos online and Patrick Botticelli was always the guy who took the time to "star" in many of them. We figured if the salesman was willing to work this hard, he was definitely the guy to go to. Yes, we were right. Patrick was honest and helped us set our price on our 2016 last year resulting in a sale. Then, he helped us get a good price on a new 2019 this year. He just gets the job done on time, on budget and at a good price. What more do I need to say!!!? More

They know their product well and provided friendly and professional service. Overall, Colonial Airstream is an outstanding dealership. It was worth it to pick up our trailer there and camp our way back to South Dakota, 2500 miles in all. More

Now, about one year later to the day, we purchased a new Airstream - again from Colonial Airstream. The experience was awesome again! Just as great as the first time around. While Nick Lenzo was our sales person and helped out with everything we needed, all of the sales staff, management and support staff at Colonial were amazing in helping us choose a new model that fit us.
