Nick(sales), was fantastic, knowledgeable, promptly handled all emails and phone inquiries and such a nice person! Alex adjusted our weight distribution hitch as we went from a 22' to a 27' AS. He was very experienced and answered all our questions. We drove home another 1800 miles w/o a problem! Kevin's orientation was complete, easy to understand, so helpful and he was around to answer other questions as they came up before we left 24 hrs later. David, general manager, went out of his way to make our trip so worth it in every way! He orchestrated an earlier preparation, detail and orientation so we could return home to Colorado on time! We stayed our last night in our new Airstream on the Colonial lot. It was great having the time to investigate the various functions overnight then ask questions the following morning! I highly recommend taking advantage of this offering! Colonial is extremely committed to a superior buyer's experience! I would return for service or another purchase in a heartbeat!! More

I preface my review with this information because over the years most (not all) complaints and negative reviews tend to be "sour grapes". Doing business at Colonial Airstream and dealing with Patrick our sales representative is an illustration of how business should be transacted. Patrick is a thoroughly knowledgeable and properly informed helpful representative for a high end high priced product line,(Airstream). He is a pleasure to work with and I m happy to highly recommend him and Colonial to anyone in the market for the products they sell. More
Take your money elsewhere I'd like to start off by saying I very rarely write reviews, or take time out of my day to "complain" about anything, however, people need to know wha I'd like to start off by saying I very rarely write reviews, or take time out of my day to "complain" about anything, however, people need to know what they are getting themselves into when they deal with Colonial Airstream/RV. We saw a used Fleetwood RV that we wanted and Colonial was the only dealership to have it in the area, so we set up an appointment with Bobby to see it. The pictures matched what we expected and we told him we would have to check out other models and get back to him. Bobby followed up with us a week later and we still did hadn't made our decision. Lucky for us, Colonial dropped the price by about $4k, so that's when we went back and put a deposit on the RV. We are first time RV owners and we inquired about adding solar panels to the RV so we could "live off the grid". Bobby said that they would be able to install the panels for us, and in order to live off the gird for about 10 days we would need TWO solar panels. He gave us the price and we figured why not have it done by them so we know it was done correctly & we will have a warranty if anything goes wrong. We gave Bobby the go ahead to install the two panels and a back up camera. When we went to pick up the RV, Kevin walked us through the RV and all it's features and advised us that the solar panels only work on the LIGHTS, not the appliances or outlets. I was furious because of the misinformation Bobby provided. Any person who says they want to "live off the grid" understands what they are trying to accomplish. When we approached Bobby regarding this, his response was "that question was never asked" so because my husband didn't SPECIFICALLY ask if the solar panels work on appliances, Bobby decided that he would pull a fast one and take advantage of an additional sale. Rather than being an honest person knowing what we wanted to achieve and telling us that the solar panels will not help, he knowingly took advantage and we ended up spending a good amount of money on solar panels that are essentially useless. To top it off, Bobby advised that the RV would be DETAILED inside and outside prior to us arriving to pick it up. There was a sticker on the back that we had asked to be removed and when we arrived, the sticker was still on it. We proceeded to check out the inside and while Kevin was walking us around, I noticed the stain on the ceiling tile was still there, the bathroom had fingerprints all over the mirrors and shower door, the antifreeze was still in the shower from when we first saw it, a smear on the microwave, coffee stains on the table, and more. THEY DIDN'T TOUCH IT. Kevin brings us outside to show us how the awning works and that's when I said Bobby told us this was supposed to be power-washed and detailed inside and out. Kevin said they can bring it over to their shop and have it cleaned. We waited another HOUR for it to be cleaned, and still when we received it, wasn't spotless. This was supposed to be taken care of prior to us arriving, it completely wasted our time. Once we got it back to our house, my husband went inside and started cleaning it again, and what do you know - the stain from the ceiling is gone! It's magic! I think these guys are persistent to make a sale but when they get you, they don't pay any mind to you as a customer. Bobby handled the situation very unprofessionally and I would encourage others to look elsewhere for their Airstream/RV needs and not bring their business to Colonial. He is a sleazy salesperson and I am sorry I ever gave them my money. More
WONDERFUL experience. Will be a repeat customer. My husband and I just purchased a used 2016 ERA. The salesmen, Bobby was extremely informative and helpful the first day we went to look. The second My husband and I just purchased a used 2016 ERA. The salesmen, Bobby was extremely informative and helpful the first day we went to look. The second day, Bobby was not there, the general manager, David, helped us close the deal! After leaving the lot my husband and I noticed the GPS and camera was not working properly. The GM (David) had us come back, that day, to install another unit (GPS/Camera). As we were pulling in the lot; the service man, Chris, was standing there with the unit in his hand, ready to install. We could not have been happier! My husband and I are already planning out our future purchase with Colonial. WE HIGLY RECOMMEND them. David (GM) and his team are wonderful. More
Horrible Experience The reviews are real. These people DO NOT care at all. Bought a Motorhome and wish I would have gone elsewhere. They were the only dealer in the ar The reviews are real. These people DO NOT care at all. Bought a Motorhome and wish I would have gone elsewhere. They were the only dealer in the area which had the model I wanted in stock. The whole process was exhausting right from the start, I should have trusted my instincts. Bobby Hensinger and his brother in-law Dave Starin are unbelievable rude and have zero customer service skills, it's all about the money, money, money nothing else. Phone calls does not get returned, emails unanswered and Dave is a General Mgr., he should be a used car sales man on a corner lot in the middle of nowhere. Be warned STAY AWAY! There are other choices and much better dealerships, RV's are fun and so is camping, don't let these people ruin a good thing. More
Working out I reviewed previously under sorry I met em I spoke with the GM today and we came to a fair and honorable deal. I wanted something that was fair I reviewed previously under sorry I met em I spoke with the GM today and we came to a fair and honorable deal. I wanted something that was fair for both and today that was agreed upon. This would restore my faith in him and of the dealership. I never had work done after delivery but would not hesitate if I would keep the veh. It's never needed anything. Give them a shot and as long as communications are open then your experience should be worth the visit Ken More
