We interacted with many sales/service employees during the process and everyone was nice, helpful, and above all, knowledgeable. Patrick Botticelli was our salesperson and main contact and contrary to other posters whining, Patrick was superb. He was our salesman on our first AS purchase in 2015 and also on our recent purchase. We live in Maryland, about 3 hours from Colonial but even if we lived 10 hours away we would still deal with Colonial because of our trust in them. By the way, we have needed them to make adjustments and repairs and they have always been timely and attentive. We have even called them with questions and problems while on the West Coast and they are always responsive. If we could give them 10 stars, we would! We highly recommend this organization, More

We wanted to upgrade to t We purchased our new Airstream Atlas less than 6 months after we purchased an Airstream Interstate from Colonial Airstream. We wanted to upgrade to the new Atlas because it was larger and better for camping for longer periods of time. Colonial was very fair on the trade in price and discounted the new Atlas making the trade easy and affordable. When we showed up to pick up the Atlas we were early for our appointment, but they immediately started working with us and we were on the road in a short period of time. The team at Colonial Airstream has been fantastic to work with and are always there to help. They are very knowledgeable about their products and spend the time to teach you how to use your new motorhome or trailer. There are other dealers much closer to our home but we drive more than 6 hours to Colonial because of their outstanding selection of Airstreams, their service and their dedicated team members. More

The entire transaction was completed by phone (including trade in) -- everything was handled in a very friendly and professional manner. We traveled all the way from Texas and upon arrival were greeted by a great group -- Nick, Patrick and Keith, who all went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. I the final price offered by David was fair and well within what I expected to pay. Our only regret is that we are not in NJ to have all of our service done at Colonial. More

We gained so much from the videos we drove from central PA to Colonial Airstream to see them first hand. The entire team at Colonial are passionate about Airstreams and customer service.
