Worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Waited 2 1/2 months for a buckle. It would have been longer but I finally suggested trying another channel or business - within 30 minutes one was found at N 1/2 months for a buckle. Then they lost the keys. The Jeep in question sat there for 2 1/2 months and no one touched it or tried to start it. It was not washed when completed, I was not offered a discount or apology. A gasket on the outside door handle fell off when we opened the door. Simply got a Merry Christmas - I guess expecting us to be thankful. I understand supply chain or employee issues but this was ridiculous and incompetent. I will never go back and will tell others not to go there either. Tom Oldham More
