Bait and switch! Will never do business with Colley ford again. Was in one evening after work, Jesse told me what they would give me for my trade in, and promised $100 Will never do business with Colley ford again. Was in one evening after work, Jesse told me what they would give me for my trade in, and promised $1000 off the price of used car I was looking at. Arranged my own financing the next morning came down to close the deal and suddenly the whole story changes. They won't give me what Jesse & mgr promised the night before and then told me the $1000 was off the regular price of the car, the sticker on the window was the SALE price!!! The most dishonest, underhanded, unethical thing I've ever seen!! Needless to say I walked out and didn't buy the car. A bunch of liars that will do or say anything to get you in the chair!! I must say robin originally helped me and I liked her a lot. She was helpful and honest. The rest of them are crooks as far as I'm concerned. Flat out lied to me. Beware!! More

We had great service from everyone we came in contact with from the second we stepped on the lot until we drove off in our new car. We have bought our 2nd car from this dealership and highly recommend them to all our family and friends. What a really great dealership this is and a wonderful group of people as well. More

He told me if i could drop it by and pick it up later he could get it done the same day. Dropped the car off at 9:30 am and it was ready by 12:30pm. Larry even got it washed for me even though they were pretty busy. You can buy a car anywhere, but the service department is who takes care of you long after the sale is completed. More

Colley Ford bought my Ford F450 from me over a week ago. They gave me a partial payment and said they wanted to wait to pay the balance to me until they could verify that my name was on the title as the owner. On Monday, the KSR showed my name as the owner. CJ said he would pay me all but $1,000 until he could get the paper title. I agreed and was supposed to pick up a check yesterday. In the meantime, they had me jump through all kinds of hoops, sign a Notarized Lien Release & kept stringing me along, dragging out the sale for over a week. Now, CJ won't call me back, but sent me a text yesterday telling me that we can cancel the deal on Monday. What??? A text? I just spoke with the sales manager, Daniel, and he was condescending, rude, & obstinate telling me to "return their check and come get my keys." What??? Bait and switch much? Who does business like this? I'm concerned that these are unethical business practices. Colley Ford has had the truck over a week. I don't know what has happened to it in that week, not to mention, I've turned away other buyers in the interim. Smh. I'd like to avoid escalating this and seeking legal redress, but I have a Bill of Sale so I'm confused as to what is going on here. More
worst car buying experience ever Went to Colley Ford hoping to purchase a new Ford truck..Attracted by an internet special price..After test driving the vehicle I was taken into the o Went to Colley Ford hoping to purchase a new Ford truck..Attracted by an internet special price..After test driving the vehicle I was taken into the office to crunch some numbers and answer the usual ton of questions..The salesman and the receptionist all disappear into the sales managers office for a veeeeeery long time..So long that the other couple that was also being helped walked out..That should have been my first clue to do the same thing..After going back and forth with the sales manager about financing a new truck I decided that I was fine with a used truck..The truck was marked 19000...I was planning to put down 12000 so I thought this would be the easiest deal in the world to close...Boy was I wrong..After sitting in the office for another hour waiting for the approval I was taken into the sales managers office..Which desperately needs to be cleaned..I listened to his shuck and jive about how after putting 12000 down on a 19000 truck my payments would still be over 400 a month for 60 months..Im not a math major but even I know thats total crap..He then tried to say the truck was priced wrong and that because it was used that the warranty would be more expensive..All with a laundry list of other excuses..We negotiated a new price after I stood up to leave..Unfortunately I was blinded by my love for a bad xxx Ford truck..But my nightmare didnt end there..I was left in another waiting room..I think forgotten about..for another 30 minutes waiting for the finance manager..Still feeling totally taken advantage of and kinda pissed off I decided to give her a complete inspection even though I was told repeatedly at the dealer that they give each used vehicle a very thorough inspection and go over every inch to make sure everything is working and in great condition..After my double check I found a cracked headlight with condensation already inside..brake lights that didnt work and turn signals that also didnt work..So I was back at the dealer AGAIN fixing a truck that suppsedly had a VERY THOROUGH inspection before I bought it..Theres not enough space on this page to tell you how terrible my experience was..I still feel like I was ripped off and taken advantage of..The customer service sucked and the truck needed repairs..This was without a doubt the worst car buying experience I have ever had..And I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to ever buy a vehicle there because this is what they should expect..Its such a shame that a company that has been in the city of Glendora for so long will be known for deals like this.. Her courteousness and respectful attitude was what made me and my wife stayed longer than what I originally intended for this visit at this car lot. After the deal was completed, and the car delivered on Friday, March 7 by Robin, I went back to the dealership a few days later to ask for some items that were missing (number code to open driver's side door, rear cargo cover and net). The first one was handled by Jim at the service department. The cargo cover minus the net was provided by Robin and Nick. I'm so grateful for this assistance. More

I was actually at Glendora Chrysler Jeep across the street from Colley Ford looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided to take a look at the new 2014 Explorer and Edge for comparison. Charles started and ended with his "A" game. Without a doubt he likes his job and knows how to deal with people to make you comfortable, answer any questions and most of all to get you a price that's fair. The Dealer cut the price as low as he said he could go so my wife and I left without buying the car. The next morning Charles called with an additional price cut which got the cost very close to what I wanted to pay. My wife and I bought the car due to the extra effort Charles put into working with us and the sales manager to close the deal. I might have got a slightly lower price if I had kept looking at other dealers but never the attention Charles gave to us. To me if the sales team works this hard to make a deal then I feel the service and everyone else will work just as hard to take care of the customer when coming back for service. More

I can't say enough nice things about our entire experience at Colley Ford. Eric even called me at home after the purchase. He is ONE OF A KIND! Jim in the service Dept. is also a gem. Colley should thank their lucky stars they have them. I'm 72 yrs. old, I've seen a few dealers, sales people & service depts. Colley Ford is TOPS!!! More

I highly enjoyed the easy going and straight forward way in which they both handled the process. It definitely made buying a car less taxing. I will highly recommend Colley Ford to anyone I know, who is in the market to buy car. Due in large part to Tony's efforts I believe I have found a dealer I can do repeat business with. More
