I initially dealt with Tony over the internet as part of the USAA car buying program. Tony provided quick responses to my questions and assured me he could find the right vehicle for me. When I visited the the USAA car buying program. Tony provided quick responses to my questions and assured me he could find the right vehicle for me. When I visited the dealership, Tony was very courteous and took time to explain everything about the purchase. The price he gave me in person at the dealership was the same he quoted over the internet. After agreeing to the terms, he sent me to Dan in the Finance department to sign the paperwork. Dan was very friendly and provided excellent customer care while walking me through the paperwork. When I came back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, Nick was there to greet me and get me set up and on my way. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was professional and courteous. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. More

Worst experience! Told my daughter she was financed...not, needed her to fix financing, but neglected to tell her that, then called to tell her they were going to report it stolen! We purchased a used car in March. I was trying to give the dealer the benefit of the doubt but can no long hold back. We decided to purchase a Ford Edge 2011/ used. Randy helped us with the paperwork that took 5 hours but we were happy. We noticed the people ahead of us were given two sets of keys and a full tank of gas. We asked and were told you're buying a used car we don't do that for used cars. We were also given one set of busted keys and noticed it didn't have keyless start as said on the sticker on the car. We were just so stoked to get a new car. I've always had Japanese cars and wanted to buy an american car. To keep jobs in america. As we were handed to Dan to sign the finance papers, he crossed our the mileage for our warranty and told us Randy didn't know what he was doing. We noticed a blemish on the mirror and was informed all of our issues will be taken care of the following week. I went down 7 days later and nobody knew what was going on. We were called back to re-sign the entire contract after a week. I spoke with CJ colley and was very hopeful, he told me he was sorry and to bring it back the following weekend. Within this time if we went passed 70 a sound would constantly ding, the blemish was still there, no keyless start, no sync, the volume on the radio couldn't go passed 11 and a busted vallet key. It was becoming a nightmare. we get there 7 days later a total of 14 days and numerous calls to find out that the keyless start system may void our warranty contract because it may or may not be a ford product. I decided to go home and think it over. Were on week 3 so i asked for the cash Value from CJ he told me he would get back to me and never did. I called Jim in the service department and was given an amount of $685.00. I asked CJ i would rather take the cash option and he told me you would only get $300.00 when they were issued a check from the finance company. After about a month the car was taken care of after many stressful calls that were dodged, bad days at work horrible conversations with Colley Ford crying over the phone and stress. They told me you were nice before and that they are doing me a favor because i caught their mistake. NIce is being happy with a great transaction, this was a deal from xxxx. We were so PISSED off and Dale told my Fiance to shut his mouth because were yelling. After a month most issues were addressed and i did get a check for $300.00 as GOOD WILL as it was put in the emails. I just called Dan about a week ago to ask about my warranty because as of last night it's at Upland Ford due to electrical issues. NEVER NEVER NEVER will i ever go back to COLLEY.. GO to Upland Ford!!! THank you DIck, Lou and Jim for your help... :) i have all emails to support this transaction More

Best experience I have had when buying a car. I've been to a few other dealerships who tried the "hard" sale which made me very uncomfortable. Chris was great, very helpful, pleasant. All I had to do was sign when I was ready leave with my new Escape, which I really love. The rest if the Ford team were really great. I will definitely buy from them again.
