They do not respect young first time buyers Marcus, Lyonell Bond, and the rude, fast talking no-name "manager" have created a whole new level of awful. Thanks for giving my son a firsthand glimpse at what it is like to deal with dishonest, lying sales people. This was truly the worst experience I have ever endured while attempting to buy a car. My son and I drove over an hour to this dealership after I was given a pre-agreed price on a used 2014 Elantra. When we arrived Marcus told us the steering column on the car we wanted was damaged and needed repair due to a recall (It was supposed to be a certified car). After all the haggling, theatrics, and typical sales ploys performed by Marcus and the "managers", my son was offered a 2016 Elantra Se with a pack 2 option for 15K OTR with his trade in. It was a very good deal that I wanted him to take although still more money than my son planned to spend. He felt overwhelmed by the whole process and in the end worried about whether he could afford the payments since he is a student working part time. Although the deal was great, he felt rushed into making a decision before 9pm closing time. My son wanted to sleep on it and be certain that he could handle the payments. We were assured by the no-name "manager" that the deal would be available to us the next day if we still wanted it. Luckily, I called before we drove out there again in the morning because Marcus informed us that they were retracting their offer. Thanks for lying and wasting our time! TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP WHO DON"T RESPECT THEIR YOUNG BUYERS! More

I initially made contact with him on the phone where he told me that he definitely had the make and color of the vehicle I wanted. He informed me that he had access to 9 lots and would get me whatever I wanted. Of course this was his way to make me drive 45 minutes to "convince" me to buy one of the only two Models of vehicles I needed. His lies continued for the next week and included everything from I'll give you an awesome deal if you settle for one of the two models I have to I'll call you back to I'll give you a better deal than my sales colleagues at this dealership. I didn't receive the respect and straight-forwardness that I deserved until I took my business to Honda of Bowie and worked with Jorden Edwards. If you're looking for a fast talking, stereotypical 1960s sales experience go to College Park and ask for Lionel Bond, however if you want respect and don't have time to waste, visit Honda of Bowie. More
