Excellent service from arrival to leaving in the new car! My fiancee and I walked in to College Park Hyundai to take a look at a 2012 Honda Pre-Certified Civic (College Park Hyundai and Honda are one big entity, in case it sounds confusing). Before we even walked in the door, we were greeted by Charles who offered to immediately let us drive the car, once he got a copy of my license. He said if we were interested, we could park it out front and come in to talk to him. Needless to say, the car was in perfect condition and we knew we wanted it. We returned to the dealership and met with Charles, who was delighted to hear that we liked the car. We were then walked through the entire process, from submitting credit applications to selecting aftermarket accessory options. We were then taken to the finance department, who was able to help us understand the terms of our financing options. The woman who assisted us (my apologies, I don't believe I got her name) gave some advice, as well, which we then took into consideration in choosing our final financing terms. They printed us temporary tags, got us a temporary registration, and got all our paperwork for us and bundled it up neatly. Charles then came out to put the tags on the car, and we once again thanked him for his excellent service and we drove off the lot with our brand-new (well, brand-new-to-us!) Civic. This review is more about Charles than the dealership as a whole (which was also excellent). Very rarely in the "car dealership" industry do you come across someone who is genuinely interested in being fair, courteous, transparent, and honest in all aspects, be it professional or personal behavior. Charles was exemplary - when we pointed out a discretion between the advertised online price and the dealer's listed price, he quickly got it taken care of and honored the lower price without question. I would gladly send anyone who is interested in an excellent car-buying experience (and an excellent car!) to visit Charles and his staff at College Park Hyundai. It was a pleasure, Charles! More

Shawn instructed me to go online and apply with the Fast Credit Application…within in 10 minutes after applying Shawn called me back being completely honest on what I needed to provide in order to be approved for my vehicle of choice, after being provided with his honesty and professionalism I gave the information needed…I was called back 15 minutes later approved for a brand new car-a 2016 with the payments I asked for and told to come on in and pick up my car!!! I was in the process of working with another Hyundai dealer further up the road and was denied for the exact car I was approved for with College Park Hyundai….From the time I walked in the door to leaving with a brand new car fully insured… (Shawn has the awesome Independent Insurance Agent Pierre Del Aguila)…I was provided with excellent customer service across the board! It’s not about having a brand new car that is making me ecstatic… it’s the above the bar customer service I received from the College Park Hyundai team. This is actually not my first car, my 5th to be exact with my past experiences with well-known dealerships tormenting my decision to purchase a vehicle and deal with horrible customer service or a car dealership that was not about making sure I was satisfied across the board…just satisfied with putting me in a car with a high note and interest rate, basically another care sold! This is not the case with the College Park Hyundai Team…it’s been seven years that I have been without a car, walking and dealing with the woes of Metro in the DMV, purchasing a vehicle at College Park Hyundai was a blessing sent from above… my point is,” Team Work “makes all dreams work! Every player on the team has to take ownership of their daily duties…from the sales & leasing consultant,-Shawn Hashemi, Online manger-David Lee, Finance manager ( I forget his name but he knew a bank that would get me approved instead of placing my information into a big pool of banks waiting for someone to take the bait…his “Let’s get this business one and done” demeanor will never be forgotten…I love a business person who knows their business and is able to get results one & done) down to the very pleasant young lady in the Finance department who gave me great tips on repairing a few things and went over my contract making sure I knew the importance of having gap insurance…she was very pleasant and very knowable in her line of profession making my transition rather smooth…a memorable life experience from the whole team!
