Excellent Experience We went in to do a test drive on a Sonata. We were really not all that interested in it because it was only 4 wheel drive and I was actually planning We went in to do a test drive on a Sonata. We were really not all that interested in it because it was only 4 wheel drive and I was actually planning on getting an AWD Ford Fusion. Our sales person, Charles was very courteous and professional. He worked with the sales manager and we ended up a Santa Fe Ultimate AWD drive for less money than the Fusion would have been. Car buying is never a lot of fun, but I have to say that Charles and the whole dealership team made this the best experience I think we've ever had at a dealer. More

College Park Hyundai has earned my loyalty I purchased a Sonata about 3 years ago and had such a good experience then I cam back for a used car for my son and brought my colleague with me who a I purchased a Sonata about 3 years ago and had such a good experience then I cam back for a used car for my son and brought my colleague with me who also needed a used vehicle. David Lee and Eddie Duncan teamed up and worked with Manager Rick Sterry to overcome credit obstacles for my colleague and had the perfect car waiting for me to look at when I got there (which I bought!). Then I was shown how I could "up-grade" to a brand new Sonata for the same payments, so I left with it too! Ebonni was phenomenal in getting the paperwork handled thoroughly, quickly and easily. Better than a dry cleaner...I was in by 6, out by 9. My colleague left with her SUV and that left me with 2 new cars and only "me" to drive home. Eddie followed me in one car so I wouldn't have to come back the next day. The entire experience was service oriented and handled the way I could only hope for. BUT they made it a reality! I used the service center for my previous Sonata and intend to do so with my new cars too since the service department has proven to be equally as service oriented. - Highly recommend them.
