Service department seemed slow. I told them just an oil change. They did a full inspection anyway. Gave me roughly the same recommendations as last year. Our vehicle was delivered and held for over a month and a half with terrible communication from the dealership. Our original advisor was uncommunicative and didn’t seem to understand the issues or how to mov half with terrible communication from the dealership. I had to be the in between for the dealership and insurance company as they were always out of office and days turned into weeks that turned into a month and a half for a 4 day job. The technician spent time working on the vehicle but then got stopped every few days and there was 0 communication unless I called repeatedly and spoke to multiple people. After being promised a rental car we were ghosted over and over until we eventually drove there to demand our vehicle back or a rental. Then miraculously the car was fixed and being test drive at that same time. They released the car after charging us the full insurance deductible before releasing. We had just purchased another car and would have given Hyundai the business but they did a terrible job at communicating or helping with anything for a month so we bought a Chevy. Will now take it to any other Hyundai dealership in the future. More
