Great Dealership! Our salesman, Chris Tandy, was a pleasure to work with! He was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Went above and beyond our expections. The Dealership itself is VERY organi pleasure to work with! He was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Went above and beyond our expections. The Dealership itself is VERY organized and inviting. We purchased exactly what we went for and were in and out in a couple hours. We would definitely recommend Coleman to friends and family. Thank you again! More
Ty helped me find the right car for me and my family. Ty and his sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable with the purchase of my new Buick. Coleman made the entire sales process simple and eas and his sales staff were very professional and knowledgeable with the purchase of my new Buick. Coleman made the entire sales process simple and easy, I never felt pressured to buy anything more than I needed. I felt the pricing was very aggressive and that they truly valued me as a customer. Ty even followed up with me a few days after the purchase to make sure I was happy with the car. I would absolutely recommend trusting and buying your next automobile from Coleman Buick GMC Cadillac. What can I say thats not wrong with this dealer. I bought a certified pre owned Corvette from then in January for $51,000 after tax and warranty. When I bought the car I noticed it had water spots/acid rain a certified pre owned Corvette from then in January for $51,000 after tax and warranty. When I bought the car I noticed it had water spots/acid rain damage and mentioned it to the salesman he stated it just probably needed a good wax/buff so I take the care anyway. After 3 weeks of attempting to fix this issue myself I contacted the dealer in looking for help with fixing it to no success only option I was given was contact GM and start a warranty claim so I did this. GM send out a rep to look at my car and they inspect it at a body shop He states it had acid rain damage and the whole car needs to be repainted and all the windows need to be replaced and GM is not covering it. I then told the rep that it was sold to me this way and he responded that it was ok to be a Certified pre owned and sold like that to me. after this they decided to cut ties with helping me at all and when I brought the car in for other warranty issues they refused to work on my car stating they know nothing about Corvettes and told me to take it somewhere else. The Service adviser Joe told me to come in on a Saturday and he will have a tech ride with me to listen for the noise I was saying the engine was making. I arrive at 12 in the afternoon as we agreed upon and he states all the techs are on lunch and I will have to wait. I wait over an hour and I find out they are not all at lunch and they are joking around out back of the shop where I was standing waiting for them. he finally states he's gonna have someone come for a ride with me then comes back and says they are too busy and have customers (WHO AM I NOT A CUSTOMER?!?) Two weeks later I find a Document from the Certified pre owned guide that dealers use to certify cars that states(if the car has acid rain damage/water marks they must be fixed prior to selling the vehicle) after showing then clearly that someone did not do their job they still refused to help me with anything and refused to accept that anyone screwed up on their end. In the end they bought the car back only after I threaded to seek legal representation on the issue. We agreed upon a number only to find out when I get there they want to give me another number and still they do not accept any self responsibility and threaten to void there offer. After all is said and done I made a $2400 mistake because someone failed to do their job and I have to pay. Ty,Frank and Joe are among some of the most slippery individuals I have dealt with in the car buying business they will admit to nothing and dodge anything you through at them even when you have solid evidence. If you want to do business with a bunch of shady individuals this is the place to do it.Otherwise I would spend your hard earned money at a dealer who actually cares about their customers. More
I understand they are a business and need to make money so when they low balled me on my trade, I meet them towards there end since the price on the new vehicle was great. Well low and behold they list my so when they low balled me on my trade, I meet them towards there end since the price on the new vehicle was great. Well low and behold they list my vehicle the next day $4k more than what they gave me which was still below blue book. Get a phone call to come get my plates (yes I had to drive 40 mins to pick them up rather then most dealers who mail them to you), well they say I owe them $22 for my plates, are you kidding me?! You just made an outrageous profit on me and you want another $22, fine I dont feel like arguing. Time to do my oil change, get home, open up the hood, low and behold the oil is black, its the same toyota factory filter, though according to them they changed it upon delivery, some how I doubt a gmc dealer uses toyota brand filters. Just ridiculous, I got better treatment waiting 4 hours at Liberty toyota. Word to the wise they will squeeze every penny they can out of you. Very crappy service, sad. Will definately not be recommending them to the guys on base. More

The above review about the "express" oil change is so phony and obviously written by someone that works at the dealership. I took my car in for an "express oil change" and was there for 2 hours! I is so phony and obviously written by someone that works at the dealership. I took my car in for an "express oil change" and was there for 2 hours! I promptly showed up at the appointed time and was greeted quickly, took about 10 minutes just to sign in while they ask a ton of questions and check over your car for balding tires etc. Once we're done with that, I'm told it will take about 45 minutes for the oil change. I finally got my car back and was on the road within 2 hours and 5 minutes! Not exactly an "express" oil change. I don't have that kind of time to waste. I won't be back for routine maintenance again. More

Just bought a GM Terrain at this dealership. I was only half sold on making a purchase, since my lease did not end for a few months. I thought it was a good time to check out 2011 year-end deals and start half sold on making a purchase, since my lease did not end for a few months. I thought it was a good time to check out 2011 year-end deals and start educating myself on options. I'd visited several dealerships before coming to this one and became discouraged with the car-buying process. Everyone I ran into was either pushy, lackadaisical, or not knowledgable about the product they were selling. I completely avoided the silly negotiating process with these guys. They got to know me and what I was looking for and then they gave me their best asking price right off the bat. I liked the direct, straight-forward approach - not to mention that everyone I worked with was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and professional. I didn't make a purchase that night. They gave me all the information I wanted to know and let me walk out the door without feeling pressured. I was already pleased with the experience, but what followed over the next week made the biggest impression. Over the next two days, they continued to follow up with me with a series of options that fit my price range. They service and responsiveness was to where I couldn't help but want to do business with them. I stepped up my price range and took the deal on the original car I wanted. And thought that would be that. To my surprised, the service didn't end there. I was having trouble with my previous lease and I kept expecting to see "the switch": you know, once the customer agrees to buy, do as little as humanly possible so you can focus on new customers, as has been my experience in all other car buying/ leasing events before. This was not the case at all. They literally held my hand and walked me through the entire process, trying to find buyers for my car and do whatever they could to help me out. At that point, I already knew there was nothing to be made off my car and they were helping me just to help me. I was thoroughly impressed. Great experience, great guys, I would definitely recommend. Original offer by Ty was fair, and we made a deal with some negotiation. Bobby was the salesman. He was very enthusiastic. He knew every detail of the 2009 Corvette. I met two other sales staff that were very pleasant to speak with. They were obviously happy for me. The documents were all prepared correctly, including my New York registration transfer. The 2009 Corvette was even better than represented on their website. Absoutely flawless. I am 60 years of age, and I have purchased many cars from many dealers. Coleman Buick is a good as it gets. Totally honest, fair, the customer is made to feel very special. I highly recommend them. I am writing this review at home one week after I brought the car home. More
