I arrived at 9 am when they opened, was greeted and showed to a waiting area with tv coffee etc. Very comfortable. Within a few minutes I met Jeannette was shown my car, went for a test drive and was off to see Rory Vetack. We went through the financial part. He was so informative and answered any questions I had, some more than once. The process was streamlined. Next thing I knew I was on my way back to Long Island. The truck is beautiful and everyone is noticing and asking about it. Although a bit of a drive from where I live I highly recommend Colman GMC. Best experience. ***** More

I was contacted early Friday Morning by Lauren DiLissio who was beyond courteous, friendly and very helpful. Lauren informed me that I would be contact by a sales associate, Jeannette who contacted me later that morning and was very helpful in providing me with the information I needed and we made arrangements to meet on Saturday morning to discuss the purchase of the 2015 GMC Terrain SLT-1. I met with Jeannette on Saturday and she also was very courteous, friendly and helpful throughout my buying process. She made the purchase of my vehicle as stress free as she could. Making such a large purchase is never easy. She has also been extremely helpful in the after purchase process as i had a few questions after leaving the lot with my new vehicle and she promptly returned my calls and gave me the necessary answers and is currently following up on another question I had (it being Sunday I will not hear back until Monday). My overall experience with Jeannette has been a good one. More
