We compared the Cadillac SRX and Acura RDX. The Cadillac is by far, the nicest, most quiet vehicle I have ever owned. I've had Volvo, Honda, Acura, Toyota, Ford Explorer and Pontiac. I have been an admirer of the CTS for quite some time. Then I read about the ATS model, I was interested. During one of my visits to the Cole-Valley Cadillac lot, looking for the new model, I was approach Then I read about the ATS model, I was interested. During one of my visits to the Cole-Valley Cadillac lot, looking for the new model, I was approached by Rand. We exchanged many questions and answers. He told me that it would probably be late summer or fall for the ATS. Rand asked me if I had ever driven the CTS, and I said no. He offered a test drive and I gladly accepted. Rand answered all of my questions and also explained the options that were available in the different levels. I still wanted to see the ATS. Finally, when it arrived, I came back to see Rand. I have to say, he went out of his way to make sure that I drove the exact model that I was interested in. It was a beautiful car inside and out, but I was still not sold. I then read about the rebates being offered on the 2012 CTS models by Columbiana in the Vindicator. I talked to Shelly about a white-diamond luxury unit, the price was very attractive. Then I remembered the white CTS at Cole-Valley with the fog lights and dual exhaust. I called back to Rand and got intercepted by Rich. After talking to Rich, he and Rand worked together to keep me interested in the performance model. I did'nt want them to know, but after test-driving it, I was sold. These two gentlemen were courteous and professional. The two of them then worked with Tom Cole to negotiate a price that I was happy with. I have to say, it looked to me as if, Rand and Rich worked very hard to keep me from going to Columbiana.
