We found the vehicle on the Internet. It had just been posted. In speaking with the salesperson we found that it had just come in and had not yet been through their inspection. He said that the interior posted. In speaking with the salesperson we found that it had just come in and had not yet been through their inspection. He said that the interior was very clean and both interior and exterior condition were without damage except for a scratch and a dent on right side. Since we had at least a one hour drive one way to look at the vehicle, we decided to wait until it had been inspected. The salesperson contacted us after the inspection was done. He told us nothing major had been found and led us to believe it was a clean car in great condition. I reiterated that I wanted to be certain it would be worth my time to drive that far to see. I drove the hour to test drive the car and was very dissatisfied. The car was misrepresented to us. There was a hole in the carpet on the drivers side. The sales person did not bother to tell us, or perhaps check, that it had not yet been detailed inside. The carpets and seats were filthy (prior owners clearly had a dog as evidenced by hair in the back and scratched up interior). I wondered if they would be able to get the seats and carpet to come clean. Additionally, the ad said it had heated seats and side mirrors, which are part of the weather package...it did not. The cabin filter was missing, there was a chip in the windshield, the satellite antennae was broken off, scuff on rear fender...all things the salesperson could have told us about to save us 3 1/2 hours plus. We would not have wasted our time with this car had it been properly represented. A salesman with good customer service would have looked over the vehicle closer and provided us with more details knowing that we would spend at least 2 hours just in driving to the dealership and back to see the vehicle. To be fair, he did tell us about one scratch which we could have lived with. Not only did we not buy this vehicle, we will not buy any vehicle from this dealer as they wasted our time. More

It was a great experience and he made us feel at ease from the start. After contacting him online for a while, we went in thinking that we would just look at the options, but ended up getting a brand ne from the start. Erwin, the manager, sent me and my family to a restaurant to eat dinner while they got all of the paperwork together for the car.
