When I scheduled my oil change I let the employee know that I had a concern about a noise my car was making. She said they'd check it out. When I got there I reminded her of the concern. I was told they could look but I'd have to make a separate appointment, even though I had told her when I scheduled my appointment that I had the concern. So I made a second appointment. The day of my appointment they checked over my car and noted that the shock was missing a piece, the heat shield needed replaced, and the bumper was loose, it was full of dirt. So I made another appointment and stated I only wanted the shock replaced. I came back again for my next appointment. Dropped my car off early because I had a busy day full of errands to run. At 11:50 am I received a call that someone had dropped the ball and never ordered the parts to fix my car and that I could pick it up. I come back to get my car and am told they found the parts. At this point I am beyond frustrated. I have to make Another appointment. 4 total appointments to get my car checked and fixed. Seems a little ridiculous. I come back for the forth and final time to get my car fixed. I'm told it'll be about 2 hours and my warranty will cover everything, I only need to pay the deductible, $100. 3 hours later my car is finally done. I am told they replaced my shock, fixed the bumper and replaced the heat shield, after I told them I only wanted the shock replaced. And then I'm told my total will be $229! I will not be returning to Cole Ford Story. More

I found my 2020 Ford Edge on Autotrader internet site and contacted Cole Ford thru the dealership website messaging. This was on a Sunday & I got a reply quickly that same day. I followed up first thing on contacted Cole Ford thru the dealership website messaging. This was on a Sunday & I got a reply quickly that same day. I followed up first thing on Monday to make sure that they got my information as I wanted to place a deposit to hold the car since I was leaving for a trip two days later. My sales person, Gordon Lewis was great to work with. He was prompt in his follow up with the details & getting information he needed from me. I placed a deposit on my CC with him and the car was secured for me that same day. I asked to have the car delivered to my home the following week, after I got back from my trip. Gordon said that was no problem and in fact said they would be more than happy to deliver the car the very next day which sounded great to me! So, he arranged a driver & it was delivered the next day at the time I requested. The driver couldn't have been nicer (and I apologize that I have forgotten his name). He was very understanding when my dogs pushed by me as I opened the door, charged him then jumped on him and just about mauled him to death with their puppy love, lol!! Thankfully, he was unnerved with their bad behavior!! I invited him in my home where it was airconditioned so we could get the paperwork completed, as it was extremely hot that day, Because I work in a hospital, I put on a mask & asked him to also wear a mask which he was happy to do for me. We quickly went over the paperwork, he had me sign & initial in appropriate places, I wrote him a check & he handed me two sets of keys to my new Edge. It took about 5 minutes and I had my new car!! This was by far the best transaction I've ever had from beginning to end & I never stepped foot into their dealership!!! I've had my car for a week now and I absolutely LOVE it!!! It was my 50th birthday gift to myself, so thank you to Gordon, the delivery man & staff for making this car buying experience so easy and giving me at least one thing to be excited about in crazy year 2020!!! More

Cole story in Coldwater is the best dealership around. Service is spectacular. Everyone there is very helpful and kind. I have 2 vehicles serviced there on a regular basis.
