Avoid this dealership if you’re a Ford employee. Called about a vehicle that was on their lot. Offered to purchase the car over the phone. Salesman was very pleasant and offered to order me the same vehicle (which would take months to arrive) and only then would the dealer honor a-plan pricing. I’ve been buying Ford vehicles for years and have never been denied use of an a-plan. Ford really needs to get better control of their dealers, otherwise they’ll lose loyal customers because of greedy dealers. More
