I bought my last 3 trucks at Cole Ford. Over all I am satisfied with the service and my salesmen, Ryan. Avoid this dealership if you’re a Ford employee. Called about a vehicle that was on their lot. Offered to purchase the car over the phone. Was informed the car was available for sale but the dealer Called about a vehicle that was on their lot. Offered to purchase the car over the phone. Was informed the car was available for sale but the dealer will not be selling any cars they have in inventory at a-plan pricing. Salesman was very pleasant and offered to order me the same vehicle (which would take months to arrive) and only then would the dealer honor a-plan pricing. I’ve been buying Ford vehicles for years and have never been denied use of an a-plan. Ford really needs to get better control of their dealers, otherwise they’ll lose loyal customers because of greedy dealers. More

The sales manager at Cole Ford was very condescending. He treated me as if I was 16 years old. I was basically told that I needed to be very very careful test driving a vehicle as he did not allow many He treated me as if I was 16 years old. I don't know how one can buy a $50,000 vehicle if you cannot test drive it. Very poor experience. However, the salesman who rode along with us for the test drive was super nice and helpful. More
