They know what they are doing, and though they are in the business of making money, they understand that your time and money is important too. They are real people, not just trying to get you to buy and then jerk you around like a lot of places, which also helps create loyalty in the long run. I am a very hard person to please. When I went to Cole Ford I found two Gentlemen that absolutely have performed a task that was set upon them and made it a truly enjoyable experience. Steve walked me through the whole process and put all the options in front of me, answered all my questions and together we came up with the perfect fit. I am now in a vehicle that I absolutely love. It drives great, handles wonderfully and when and if I trade in the vehicle I will be heading to see Steve and Erwin. This is my first great experience in buying a vechile that I have enjoyed.
