Second and last time I go to this dealer. I bought a 2022 Dodge, but not from them so maybe that's why they acted this way but I have a feeling it's their standard operating behavior. First visit was to get a key FOB programmed for the new truck. First thing out of Jonny's mouth was, well it's about lunchtime so,.... I asked to see an IT or technical person and without asking why I came in, Jonny said you need an appointment. I set that appointment up for today. I came in and went to Jonny who told me that he moved my appointment to another clerk, who was clueless why I was transferred to her from the clerk who setup my appointment. I went to this other clerk who couldn't find my info because Jonny took my initial info. She agreed to assist me (although she too was ready to head to lunch, apparently a huge deal at this dealership) and asked why I was there. I said Jonny didn't bother to ask or document why I came in initially. I then told her I would like to get my new FOB programmed to the new truck. She proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $200 to program a $57 FOB. I declined that ridiculous charge and then asked about a repair to the front bumper skirt that had come apart at one place. She told me that would cost $200 (1 hour labor) and when I asked how they would fix it, she told me they TY Wrap the shirt to the bumper, for $200. TY Wraps last? It's apparent these knuckleheads just want to rest, pass the buck, and go to lunch. Never going back there. I would rate Johnny but I don't see him below. Might be a sign... More

I was having a smog performed at Cole Chrysler and I got to hang out there for about an hour. I got to observe a lot of really nice people at work. I had a problem with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been repaired incorrectly by another dealer. Johnnie Medina, my service advisor,worked over and beyond to get my car diagnosed correctly. I was only bille repaired incorrectly by another dealer. Johnnie Medina, my service advisor,worked over and beyond to get my car diagnosed correctly. I was only billed a minimal number of hours for a diagnosis that required help from Detroit. Very grateful to have my Jeep back on the road. Thanks to Brian also. More

From the techs to the advisors to the parts salespeople, they are uniformly friendly and knowledgable. They arranged a recall service for my 2500 and handled it quickly at no charge. Very happy. More

I had to take it back and back again since they screwed it up, not since they cheated me $$$ and MOPAR my vehicle was inspected by Officials this morning and they found serious and defective materials and parts they left my Jeep a Mess and still not working as it once did, but got misled and cheated now I will be filing with DCA, CFPB, Board of Automotive repairs for fraud, damaging my vehicle and I have no doubt lawsuits are too follow. Sad i once respected them and enjoyed the good ole days of Honesty, Integrity. Today several Licensed, Insured, Bonded and Certified Jeep Specialist did a review and admitted they did a horrible job of failing to repair and over charged. Now that 2 people were injured to their Defective parts failing to properly repair and use NEW parts not used. More

This time I was just in for a recall on a water pump for my RAM 2500 truck. I was helped by Matt and Kelly. Stuart came over to just say hello, and A.J. did the repair. He also had several good tips about operating the truck. Everyone was pleasant and well-organized, the repair took about an hour less than planned, and everyone made a fuss over my Aussie who goes everywhere with me. The whole thing was low-key, efficient, and easy. BTW, the 2016 RAM 2500 is an outstanding vehicle. More
Great service and friendly to work with I am a former Henkel customer, and all I wanted from them is to take care of my tonneau cover on my 2016 Dodge Ram power wagon that was under warrant I am a former Henkel customer, and all I wanted from them is to take care of my tonneau cover on my 2016 Dodge Ram power wagon that was under warranty! After months the problem still wasn’t resolved, so I told the manager about it and he told me I had to purchase another $650.00 cover at my expense and that was very unfair, so I demanded my money back for the warrantied cover and they refused told me it was used. So I went to Cole Chrysler the next day and the manager at the parts department took care of the problem immediately and covered everything was going to be covered under warranty. I called Jeff Saninga The manager of Henkels to ask why thy didn’t help me and a wouldn’t even call me back. My family and I have purchased 9 vehicles from them in the past 3.5 years, they didn’t care about me at al! Cole Chrysler treated me very well and are an excellent company to work with.
