As long as it is easy for the people to say the right thing, they will. When they mess up, you will be left holding the bag. I told them I needed NC weighted plates that would cost more than a car plat thing, they will. When they mess up, you will be left holding the bag. I told them I needed NC weighted plates that would cost more than a car plate, I was told the ~$76 plate fee would supply whatever plate I need and it would be included. I explained that weighted plates cost a lot more than car tags and was reassured that the weighted tags were included before I signed. Of course, I get a call from the dealership wanting me to pay the difference. After talking to the General Manager, I was told there was nothing he could do and he would talk to his people about making promises like this. It's a bad manager that openly stiffs a customer AND blames his employees. I could have gone to a used car lot and been treated like this! More
