When I first entered the dealership, I was greeted immediately with a smile and a handshake. My salesperson's name was Rich and he made the whole experience a pleasure. First of all, he actually listened to my wants and needs, then explained the whole process, and followed through making the buying process effortless. I picked up my new Buick Verano the next day. I showed up at the arranged time, and Rich was waiting for me. Everything went so smoothly, and the features of my new Buick were explained in a way that it was easy to understand and remember. In a couple of years when my lease is over, there will be no doubt where I will go for a new car. More
