I spent a great amount of time traveling around from dealer to dealer. I was looking for a midsize suv. Got the typical runaround until I entered Colandrea. From the minute I walked in, I was treated very professional. My salesperson, Jeff Zamler and the sales manager, Doug Bell listened to my needs, discussed my budget, and recommended the Terrian. The only one they had was slightly out of my price range. They told me that they would look for one that fit into my price range, and be in touch with me. I left figuring that I would never hear from them again. Three days later, Jeff called me to tell me that they would have one arriving soon, that would "work" for me. Having heard this from other dealers, I assumed that it was just a ploy to get me back to the dealership. Boy was I wrong. I got there and Jeff showed me the vehicle, it was exactly what I was looking for, right down to the color. Doug, Jeff and I discussed the price, and reached what I consider a very fair deal, and I bought it. Everything that they said they would do, they did. They got me a great interest rate, had the vehicle ready when promised, and made sure that it was fully serviced. If your looking for a hassle free, straight forward, honest place to buy your next vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership. The salesman that I usually deal with there Is Floyd Hanson who has been employed there for over ten years. He is very helpful, friendly and personable and is very knowledgeable as far as the vehicles and their features. He always goes above and beyond as far as negotiating a great deal and great price to make sure you leave happy and get the vehicle you want and at a comfortable price. There have even been times where I wanted to come in and see him or make a deal and it was his day off and he still came in because it was a convenient time for me. The staff as well, has always been very friendly and helpful and would go out of there way to help make the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership and if anyone is looking to buy a car I would definitely tell them to go and see Floyd Hanson!!! He is a great guy and a great salesman and very professional. First of all, he actually listened to my wants and needs, then explained the whole process, and followed through making the buying process effortless. I picked up my new Buick Verano the next day. I showed up at the arranged time, and Rich was waiting for me. Everything went so smoothly, and the features of my new Buick were explained in a way that it was easy to understand and remember.
