Coggins Honda of Bennington

Beware of this dealer. I bought a Honda Pilot from them in July of 2023. It was sold to me as a car in great condition. I should have known to have it checked out before pu I bought a Honda Pilot from them in July of 2023. It was sold to me as a car in great condition. I should have known to have it checked out before purchasing it, but unfortunately, I trusted its good looks and their credibility. I am 80 years old and I told them I was planning to live in the car, so they knew I needed something reliable. I have come to find out that it is a completely rusted vehicle and every repair I have had to do has meant replacing the whole assembly. I have spent $5000 on repairs that should have cost around $1000 and have an estimate for another $5000 that needs to be done now. That will still not completely replace all the rust, so there is more investment needed to make it into a "good vehicle". I will never buy another vehicle from them. If you plan to buy one from them, make sure to get a second opinion as to its worth. More

Went here for an oil change and left disappointed. I had an appointment but still waited over an hour for my car to be taken in. The technician ripped a piece of leather off my steering wheel, leaving I had an appointment but still waited over an hour for my car to be taken in. And the operators changed the display settings on my dashboard for no reason. Customer service was horrible and left feeling as if they did not care about me or my vehicle at all. More
