When I first purchased the vehicle, it had a few issues which I did have to come back to the dealership to handle. Good that they gave me some incentives for my new Altima 2013 with all weather mats, spoiler, emergency kit and first aid kit. Overall experience was good but issues arose which make me not reccommend to others. First in hindsight I was given less for my trade then expected cause i trusted them more than i should have. second they me not reccommend to others. Thirdly disppointed by the MPG ratiing i am currenly getting. Service is the brightspot and makes this a better experience. They always bend over backwards to make it right. fourth They said one price OUT THE DOOR by the end of the dAY over the phone to get me BACK IN and added other fees when it was time to sign. I still have not recieved my payment book? More
