I purchased my 2008 Altima from Coggin and I have no complaints at all. They had no problem showing me the cars I wanted to look at. To be honest I am a hard person to please and they went above and bey complaints at all. They had no problem showing me the cars I wanted to look at. However, the service buying my car does not compare to the service that Stacey Luhrs has showed us in the service department. I believe that having a good relationship with your service department is important. What I love about our service with Stacey is that she remembers me and my package that I purchased with the car. The biggest compliment I can give Stacey is that my husband and I both TRUST her and we all know that stigma that comes with not trusting a dealership in regards to what needs to be done on your vehicle. My car wouldn't start last Saturday AM. AAA said it wasn't the battery so I had them tow it to Coggin Nissan Atlantic Blvd. Jessica explained it would be $100+ to trouble shoot but that would be deduct wasn't the battery so I had them tow it to Coggin Nissan Atlantic Blvd. Jessica explained it would be $100+ to trouble shoot but that would be deducted from any repairs necessary. She called early afternoon and asked if I had taken the car on short trips recently. I had moved the car in and out of the garage several times for the air conditioner repairman. She explained that was the problem and how to correct it in the future. There was no charge when I picked it up and even got a car wash!! More
