Chhivon educates me on car topics and never pressures me. Last month I visited 5 different car stores to shop for a set of 4 new tires. Four others stores gave me high pressure & scare tactics. Chhivon helped me figure out the right tires and located a rebate too. Got the tires at Honda. Back this month for routine oil change. This is a nice, clean place and I can get work done.
