These people are customer-oriented extremely helpful and friendly. They want customer satisfaction. I live in Alabama and drove to Coggins to buy my vehicle. I am now selling my vehicle to my daughter who lives in Pennsylvania. I called Coggins Honda of st. Augustine and spoke with Mike Bowman. I needed information about undercoating for my car to go to Pennsylvania because of the ice snow salt and Brine they put on the roads in winter. He formerly lived in Pennsylvania and was well aware of the road conditions in the winter he was able to advise me and recommended a dealership in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. He answered all my questions if he didn't know he would look it up and call me back which he did. I am extremely pleased with the way he handled my phone call by answering all my questions recommending who to use in Pennsylvania getting me phone numbers. He was extremely helpful he went out of his way to make sure that I had all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend Coggins Honda of st.
