New lease! I greatly appreciate his knowledge of the spread of vehicles I showed interest in. Being that I am a woman I had no idea what car I wanted to make mine. Matt exuded patience as I looked at every make and model of car possible. It took me 45 days to make a decision. There was never a moment when I felt that I was being taken advantage of or being pressured into making a quick decision. When I found the car I wanted, Matt did everything possible to make sure I was taken care of on all sides of the deal. He was with us from beginning to end. It is obvious Matt cares about his customers and makes it a priority to make sure they are happy. Horrible and Expensive Experience Please, Please, BOYCOTT Coggins Honda of St Augustine, I had the most horrible experience of my life. I was in the process of bargining with the used Please, Please, BOYCOTT Coggins Honda of St Augustine, I had the most horrible experience of my life. I was in the process of bargining with the used car manager John Condon, over a 2011 Cadillac CTSV, which had no MSRP on it. I asked what book he used to find the true value of the car and he stated that they use NADA. I asked if he could obtain the true value in order to know the threshhold of my bargining.position He rerturned with sheet of paper indicating it was from NADA, and it had a value of $45,500. I then based my offer on that price. Consequently, I purchased the vehicle at $44556.70. When I got home I went on the internet to the NADA site and ran my cars value. On NADA the same site Mr. Condon allegedly used, and it stated that true value for my car was $38,000. Mr. Condon flim-flamed me out of almost $6,000. His actions were unethical, deplorable an dishonest. I have purchased 3 cars from them in the past and have recommended them to friends and neighbors in the Palm Coast area, but I will never do it again. Save yourself from being a victim and boycott Coggins and go to another dealership that you can trust. More

The moment I drove in the lot, h I have been joking that the metallic sky blue Prius "found me" but my selection specialist Matthew definitely helped! The moment I drove in the lot, he noticed and met me with a cheerful "Good Morning". Within minutes he knew which car to show me, and we headed out on U.S. 1 in my soon-to-be-purchased 2014 Prius V. He was chatty and relaxed, and very informative. I did test drive one Honda Fit -- why I was at the Honda dealership in the first place -- but the Prius had stolen my heart. Great salesmanship and Ryan in financing was also extremely friendly and helpful. They made a very gregarious and skilled team. Overall an enjoyable experience, and I love my Prius already. More
