She lied about the amount of miles on the car and she lied about the vehicle being on the showroom floor. Moral of the story? Only go here if you want salespeople with zero integrity. Honda Pilot Purchase James Paul searched his other dealers for the model we were looking for, over the Memorial Day Holiday. Found it and brought it in as promised, in the color we wanted. This was our first Honda we purchased and James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His professionalism was outstanding. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and worked hard at the end of a long day to get us what we wanted. The car was prepped and ready to go 3 hours after arriving at the dealership. Cannot say enough great things about the way James handled the entire transaction. More

1st car purchase and I love it! My family has been with Honda for over 12 years and I am excited to say that I just bought my very first car from Coggin Honda of St. Augustine! Since My family has been with Honda for over 12 years and I am excited to say that I just bought my very first car from Coggin Honda of St. Augustine! Since it was Memorial Day Weekend I was planning on shopping around a bit but other places were rude and unprofessional, making the experience not something to not look forward to. I should have just went to Coggin Honda of St. Augustine to begin with because I immediately felt welcomed, I got a great deal on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude, and they even hosted a barbecue for Memorial Day! Special recognition for James Foreman for being so honest and helpful throughout the enitre process and he even showed me how to use all the little features of my new car! Also a great thank you to his managers; Jim Parziale, Justin Williams, John Condon, and James Foreman for making my first car purchase such a great experience! More

Incredible First Experience!! My wife and I came out this past weekend to help our son purchase his very first car. While I was familiar with the Coggin name in Jacksonville, this My wife and I came out this past weekend to help our son purchase his very first car. While I was familiar with the Coggin name in Jacksonville, this was our very first experience ever dealing with them - we could not have been more impressed!! Talk about making an excellent first impression!! From the time we stepped into the dealership and met with James Paul, all of us were treated like we were "VIPs". Our son had actually contacted James earlier that day to let him know that he would be coming in to check out a couple of their 2016 Honda Civics. When we arrived, James had both Civics all ready to show my son (my wife and I compared it to an experience we had a couple of years ago when we were looking to purchase a vehicle. . . the dealership that we went to had told my wife earlier that day that the vehicle we were interested in was still on their lot - only to find out when we got there, we [along with our Sales Man] seemed to walk the entire lot for what seemed like eternity, only to find out well after the fact, that the car "was sold"). Even though we were prepared to bring back a Buyer's Order to my son's bank, we gave Coggin's Financing Team the opportunity to see what they could do for my son . . . we ended up getting much better deal than my son's bank and the purchase price was very, very fair. My wife and I were so impressed with our first experience with Coggin Honda St. Augustine and James Paul, that when the time comes to replace my Sonata, we plan on being a "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle from them. It was "First-Class" service from beginning to end with them!! More
