Long and disappointing Well we waited an hour before we were able to sit down with the salesman we had an appointment with. After that everything went fine although we waited over an hour to sit down with the finance manager who tried to sell us on 3 different extanded warranty packages even though we told him from the beginning that we weren’t interested. Then the sales manager came to take over said he’d go get the bottom line payment with nothing else. He then came back with the cheapest extended warranty he could find to try and sell us on. After a back and forth we were alble to do all the final paperwork with the salesman. Then it took about 2 hours for the car to be looked over by the service department. Overall the total visit took 5 hours just to buyout the car we leased. More

He was so helpful in explaining so much of the new technology in the car and told me to call him on anything that I couldn't figure out later. The paperwork takes a lot of time, but they introduced me to Mr. John Condon, the Manager who was also very pleasant to talk to. Then I was introduced to Mr. Augustine DeCruz from Finance and had a very pleasant and informative conversation with him. I have never had a more pleasant time buying a car. More

When I first contacted the dealership through their website concerning leasing a new CR-V, I received a response in a timely manner from Albennes and it was hilarious. I went the next morning because I had to meet such a man of wit. I ended up working with Alex who was equally entertaining, but later met Albennes and although the sales process was the typical back and forth gamesmenship, Alex and Albennes' optimism and humor held out just long enough for a deal to finally occur. Alex's knowledge of the product was very impressive and Ethan in the Finance Department took care of the paperwork flawslessly without any unpleasantness. Even my wife, when she was there, enjoyed the occasion. Do I recommend the dealer? I recommend the salespeople I worked with and I did receive the deal I wanted. I have no complaints. The vehicle is highly rated and my wife and I are looking forward to our ownership experience. It will be interesting to see if a Coggin dealership can earn my continued business.
