I was unable to get to the dealership to look for a new car so James sent pictures and showed me a car with exactly what I asked for and had the paperwork taken care of before I arrived. This dealership goes above and beyond every time I visit. For example, I was offered transportation to the dealership to pick up my new car. However, I didn’t need a ride because my daughter was going to drive me there. After she and I arrived, I mentioned a small issue with her car and they took her car to the service center and resolved the problem while I signed my paperwork. Everyone exceeded our expectations! Got us what we needed. We had 2 cars to trade in for 2 new cars. 2013 van & 1998 wagon. Needed the monthly payment to be about the same we were paying for just the 1 van. Came in and got the price I wanted without difficulty. Albennes was a cool guy and made the process go smooth. Everything was fine, other than when doing the finance paperwork I feel that I was not fully informed of the added Extended warranty. I take some of the blame because i should have taken a clearer look, I just wish it was explained a little clearer. I called and they were able to take it off and redo the paperwork. So at the end of the day, everything was fine. More
