We knew what vehicle we were looking for and James did a fine job in explaining all the features of CRV model. We told him we were not ready to buy at that time. We were not harassed or pressured to stay. After we had visited other competitors we returned to the Honda Dealership a month and half later to buy a CRV and there was James Paul to greet us when we arrived unannounced. The buying experience with James was awesome, no pressure and very relaxed. We were very impressed on how knowledgeable James Paul was with the Honda CRV.
