Worst Experience EVER!! I was interested in buying a car from this dealership, however, I could get no decent sales assistance. I called, based on a preapproval through capi I was interested in buying a car from this dealership, however, I could get no decent sales assistance. I called, based on a preapproval through capital one, on Saturday morning and was assured that someone would get back to me immediately. I called back four times over the course of the day, with no return call. The staff was well aware, as was the sales manager, that I wanted some hard numbers before I drove almost 2 hours for no good reason. On Sunday morning, the sales associate finally called me, asked me to fill out an application even though I was preapproved, and said he would get back to me very quickly. By the end of the night on Sunday, still no call. I have bought many cars over my lifetime and this is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. Clearly, they are not interested in selling cars. More

Incredibly patient and accommodating dealership I purchased a new CR-V from Coggin Honda earlier this year after moving back to the US. Honda had a great financing offer running at the end of 2018, I purchased a new CR-V from Coggin Honda earlier this year after moving back to the US. Honda had a great financing offer running at the end of 2018, so I wanted to take advantage of the incentive and get the sale set up before my arrival in January. Justin Williams was fantastic with negotiating a deal with me over the phone while I was still living out of the country, and was extremely patient (I had a lot of questions)! Everything in our agreement was honored upon my arrival even though I didn't physically visit the dealership until a few weeks later. When I arrived at the dealership last month, I met with Albennes, who was extremely kind and patient as well and helped us work through a few things with the vehicle. My husband was returning the rental car we used to get to St. Augustine, which was about 20 minutes away and Albennes was even kind enough to offer to pick him up so that he didn't need to pay for an Uber. I wasn't a fan of the person I met with in the finance department (I doubt he was my biggest fan either) - I can't recall his name but at the end of the day I think he was just trying to do his job. Overall, a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More
