Excellent buying experience turning horrible Donovan King and James foreman were great. They answered all my questions. They found the vehicle I wanted and got it to the dealership. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had no. After a couple of days I found that there was an issue with the sunscreen in the window. I called and the sales person said they didn't even check that. How was I supposed to know it was there if I never had bought a van before but I said I would cover half and it was fine. Two weeks go by and I noticed that the back light on the tailgate was broken and someone taped it over. I tried to call the salesman and left messages never to get a call back. Then I called and talked to a sales manager and he basically called me a liar twice!!! I called the general manager and never got a call back after he left a voicemail. I have tried him 4 times now. I would steer away from this place. More
