Best Dealership Ever!!! I went online earlier this week just looking around then I decided to get apply to get pre-approved. Corbin emailed me right away. We communicated through email for the last four days. Corbin has literally taken care of everything. I am leaving here with a lower interest rate then I have on my trade in and with a lower monthly payment then I was expecting. Ben is also wonderful he helped me while Corbin was away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I could give this place 20 stars I would. I will definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. Thank you again Corbin and Ben!!!! More

I would have preferred to have that money off the car. Even with this the car was the amount I wanted to pay and I’m happy. More

So Easy to Shop and Buy We had been shopping online for a while and thought the Honda CRV was what we had in mind. I had never sat in one, and we couldn't choose a color from We had been shopping online for a while and thought the Honda CRV was what we had in mind. I had never sat in one, and we couldn't choose a color from what we saw online. We stopped Coggin Honda and started looking at the cars in the lot. After a while Ben Hudnall came out and introduced himself, and the first thing we told him was we were "just looking" and didn't intend to buy a new car, and didn't want to waste his time. Ben was so personable, knew all about the CRV, and spent time explaining the features, had me drive it around the parking lot etc. We asked him for an estimate of the trade-in for our Accord, and he went through all the steps to get us an accurate estimate, knowing all the while we had "no intention of buying a car today". He introduced us to his manager John Condon, who also added further discounts to the offer. Very cordial, not high pressure at all. We left as planned, and did not buy the CRV. Later that day we called Ben and told him we wanted the car and would be back the next day to purchase it. Everything went so smoothly. Easiest car purchase we've ever made. Can't speak more highly of Ben and John. Both so easy to talk to, both so knowledgeable. Love our new CRV! More

Life Saver....on the spot results! My 2002 Honda CRV decided it would not shut down the brake lights when we shut the car off tonight. Thanks to Joe the service manager at Coggin St. Augustine for being there for us when we pulled in just as the dealership was about to close. Sales Department = GOOD / Service Department = FAIL Terrible – Terrible – Terrible … Did I say, Terrible? Yes, I did. I brought in my son’s car for an air bag recall. I asked the service writer to plea Terrible – Terrible – Terrible … Did I say, Terrible? Yes, I did. I brought in my son’s car for an air bag recall. I asked the service writer to please have the tire pressure checked. She assured me that that would be done as part of a multi-point inspection. I had to leave the car overnight, and when I went back the next morning to pick it up, the car was unlocked and parked in a non-secured spot. When I got home, I checked the air pressure and found each tire at around 25 psi. Also, the wiper fluid was bone dry. I called Honda’s Service Dept and the service rep who took care of me answered the phone. I asked why the tires weren’t checked, and also asked her exactly what is included as part of the multi point inspection. She didn’t give me a straight answer, and instead, said that she went over the inspection sheet with me when I picked up the car. Well, surprise there! A different service writer signed me out when I picked up the car and she didn’t go over anything with me, either. My send-off was, “Here are your keys …”. During my “complaint” phone call, the original service writer said she would email the inspection report … but never did. I called and left a detailed message on the Service Department Manager’s voice mail, asking for a return call. To add insult to injury, that was a few days ago and still no call back. This is terrible service. The service I received at this Coggins Honda in St Augustine is why car owners go to independent service garages to have maintenance and service. With so many eyes watching, you would think these Service Department employees would try to do a good job. More
