No Service Booked an appointment at the service dept online. Went at the appointed time and waited 2 hrs to see the car had not even been pulled in for a simple Booked an appointment at the service dept online. Went at the appointed time and waited 2 hrs to see the car had not even been pulled in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I asked what was going on with the car I was told we only have 1/2 staff. So what is the point of making an appointment. If you had 1/2 staff, block 1/2 of your appointments. Another customer over heard my conversation with the service rep only to find out she had been waiting 3 hrs for hers. I was then rushed out of the dealership. I went to a quick oil change facility and had my oil changed and now I will go to a tire store for the rotation. First Honda happy with the car but the dealership is not managed well. Very disappointed in this experience and will take a lot for me to ever return to this dealer. More

Rich Robbins was thoughtful and we chatted about features i would like, not pushy at all and offered a test drive. The test drive was amazing, as he chose the vehicle with all my wishes and we picked up my Other to continue testing. Needless to say we loved all the features, but the experience was very service oriented, not sales. His manager, Jon, had the same communication style., straight shooter and very service driven. We didn't buy on the spot, but they believe in their product, they knew we would be back. We were the next day after test driving the Ascent. We love our vehicle and have had it for 2 weeks. They kept all their promises too!! More

Buying a car during a Pandemic When my son's Honda CRV was totaled earlier this month, I was forced to buy a replacement vehicle. I decided to sell my older car to him and buy a newer one for myself. I called my favorite sales rep, Ace, told him what I was looking for and immediately he was on it!! I was a bit concerned about safety and cleanliness during this COVID-19 scare but Ace assured me they were taking extra precautions, nd they were. I purchased a 2017 Honda HRV, doing a drive by to look at it. All paperwork was done over the phone. I came in wearing gloves and a mask, signed the prepared paperwork, and off I drove. Ace also wore gloves and said when we were done signing, "keep the pen"! He took the stress out of a stressful time. I've named my new care "Covie". This is the second car I've bought through Ace at this dealership and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Ace. You're the best! #staugustinestrong More

Let me tell you, Atlanti I initiated a conversation to purchase a vehicle remotely. I recently purchased one through Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. Let me tell you, Atlantic made it easy as possible to purchase a Jeep without stepping foot on the lot. We traded in an older Silverado. The sales rep even brought the forms and met me at work to sign them! When I wanted to buy a Toyota, my experience was far from the same. There were multiple issues that kept cropping up and eventually I cancelled the sale. I NEVER saw the car, never took possession but just got off the phone with the DMV folks because they were getting ready to suspend my license because I didn't have insurance on this car that I NEVER saw in person! Ridiculous and the salesman is quick to tell me they have nothing to do with the DMV! Well, the DMV wouldn't be trying to do this if the dealership hadn't told them I bought a car. The whole situation is laughable because they seemed like they didn't want to make the sale, they kept bringing up issues that needed to be resolved. Let me tell you this is now the icing on the cake. I had to pay the DMV to clear my license! More

James was a team leader and worked closely with us and the very knowledgeable financial director to save us money while making the best deal possible. We were able to purchase a great car at our first appointment. We bought our previous Honda Accord from Coggin and always enjoyed the excellent customer service.
