My experience with everyone at every level at Honda of St. Augustine was extraordinary. My wife told me what kind of vehicle she wanted ahead of time, and I was prepared with some stats and numbers. I worked through the sales rep, Tom Bomar, and Jeff (the finance person) directly, and they were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward. I was not afraid to ask tough questions, about the vehicle, the financing, the industry and their dealership. I was not rushed or pressured. Everyone else in the dealership was polite and friendly, from the detailers, to the other sales people, and the greeters. The sales reps and staff of Honda of St. Augustine went out of their way to get the vehicle ready for me the sale day and even drove the new vehicle home for me as I did not anticipate to be able to make the purchase and drive home the same day. Without hesitation, and even to my trying to dissuade them from extending themselves, they drove me home late on Saturday night, certainly after closing time. I did not tell them that I run my own Sales and Marketing company, nor did I tell them that this story will be told to tens of thousands of others through my training seminars and conference calls. I would use my experience with Tom and the entire staff at Honda of St. Augustine as a model to use in any business. Bottom line: They were great. We love the vehicle, and I really feel great about the purchase. If I write anything more, you might think they paid me to write this. I took the extra effort to write this, because they earned it. They will be my first stop for my next purchase. More

I was impressed with their professionalism from their first response to the moment we drove off the lot with our new Honda. The General sales manager, Mr. Gilmore even thought enough to contact us not only before we purchased but more important to us, after the purchase to ensure we were completely satisfied with Coggin St. Augustines overall service to us as customers. The dealership building and overall property was immaculate,and we received the courtesy of friendly faces, greetings and smiles from all their employees as we conducted our business.I consider myself a stern grader as a 30 year military veteran and would definitely give this Honda Dealership, especially to Mr. Mark Narance, an Outstanding overall rating and highly recommended.
